Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Michelle Primmer-Moss grew up in St. John’s, Newfoundland, where she learned the trade of upholstery from her father and discovered how much she loved working with her hands. After graduating university, she travelled parts of Europe and lived in Asia for a number of years. She then drove across Canada to live in the northern forests of British Columbia where she was invited to take part in a healing sweat lodge. It was here that she discovered her passion for holistic healing.
As a Registered Massage Therapist she specializes in a number of techniques, which include Myofascial Release, Cupping Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and is also a Graston Technique Provider. Michelle works with people who suffer with plantar fasciitis, chronic pain, and TMJ dysfunction. She loves working with each client to develop an individual plan to help them through their pain they experience on a daily basis.
Michelle has recently moved to Amherst, Nova Scotia with her husband and son to pursue her career and training. She is excited to be able to work and live in a region that embraces healthy living and well being and is excited to travel again in the Atlantic provinces to discover new ways to help heal.
